Reporting Deadlines in 2009:
April 1, 2009 for Large Fleets, June 1, 2009 for Medium Fleets, August
1, 2009 for Small Fleets Fines have not yet been set, but could be $100
to $200 per day fine for NOT reporting. Call Susan Lyons 559-665-1910 or

In-Use
Diesel Vehicle PM and NOx Emission Improvements:
Large Fleets 2010; Medium Fleets 2013; Small Fleets 2015. Failure to
comply with the regulation could cost as much as $1000 per day per vehicle.
Reporting Deadlines are:
Large fleets: April 1, 2009.
Medium fleets : June 1, 2009
Small fleets: August 1, 2009
